Terms and Conditions

1) "we", "our" and "us" will mean 1xen. "customer", "you" and "your" will mean the customer / subscriber to the 1xen services.
2) If an account is using resources decided by us to be excessive or to the detriment of other customers / subscribers we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account without notice.
3) All services must be paid for in advance. In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account. Should payment be more than 7 days late we reserve the right to terminate the account. Terminating the account will result in all data being deleted.
4) We will automatically process payments for renewal of services upon your subscribed services expiry.
5) Whilst we may change our prices without warning existing contracts will remain valid for the term that has been paid for in advance.
6) Some special offers, promotions and discounts may only be applicable to new customers.
7) You are ultimately responsible for the backup and safe storage of any data stored on our servers, thus we will not be liable for any loss of data.
8) We shall not be liable for any interruption to our service however we will make all reasonable efforts to keep customers informed using the email address held on record.
9) Login and access details must be kept secure. If you believe your login or access details may have been compromised you must contact us immediately.
10) We reserve the right to change our policies without notice. We will however attempt to notify customers using the email address held on record.
11) You indemnify us, our staff and our other customers to the maximum extent possible by law against any illegal, fraudulent or damaging actions you commit whilst using our services. In no event shall we be liable for any damage claim from you or a third party.
12) This agreement shall be governed by English law, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing. In the event that any of these terms are deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable the remaining terms shall remain binding and enforceable.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all services. Should you not be happy with the service, for any reason, please contact us during the first 7 days requesting a refund.

Acceptable Usage Policy

You agree not to use the service to:
1) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene (illegal pornography), libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
2) Harm minors in any way.
3) Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Forge headers or spoof or monitor/sniff IP packets.
4) Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content or Third Party Content transmitted via the Site.
5) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Third Party Content that you do not have a right to transmit under Law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
6) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Third Party Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
7) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of the Site that are designated for such purpose.
8) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Third Party Content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
9) Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
10) Do anything that in our opinion is likely to bring the service into disrepute.
